Located directly across the street from UNR’s main entrance, Elevation at the U Apartments provides an affordable living experience steps from campus, shopping, restaurants, fraternities and sororities, public transportation, entertainment, and more.

Our spacious studio apartments come fully furnished with a full-size mattress, bed frame, nightstand, desk, desk chair, microwave, and mini-fridge. A kitchen with stainless steel appliances is shared by three other studios. Enjoy our study/resident lounge and furnished outdoor courtyard surrounded by beautiful and mature trees. Ample parking is also available at no additional cost.
