What is a guarantor?

A guarantor is someone who is financially responsible for rental payments.
Why isn't my lease prorated?

Elevation at the U offers an installment Lease which is divided into equal monthly payments with no prorating.
How can I pay my rent?

We accept personal checks, Cashier’s checks and money orders. All residents also have the option to pay through our LoftLiving Resident portal

Is Renter's Insurance required?

Renter’s insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended
How close is Elevation at The U to UNR?

We are located just across the street. A 3-4 minute walk gets you to the Wiegand Fitness Center (don’t forget to shop at the Silver and Blue store on your way)
Is my address the same as the office?

Your address will consist of the building number and your studio number. We will provide detail to you on your move-in day

MOVE-IN GUIDE

Click the link here to be taken directly to our application. Fill out the application entirely. If you have a guarantor, please contact the Leasing office so we can send over a guarantor application
Read and sign the Resident Qualifying Criteria.
Provide a government issued photo ID for any and all persons applying (including guarantor)
Provide sufficient documentation as proof of income (see Resident Qualifying Criteria for details)
Pay application and deposit
Once all the fees have been paid and the information has been provided to the office staff, it takes 3-4 business days to run credit and criminal background
The office will notify you if your application has been approved
Look for the Lease to sign. The lease is emailed directly to the resident from Bluemoon.
On the move-in day be prepared to sign 3 addendums, receive your Move-in packet and keys to your new home
